I have been using the lesson previews for nearly 10 years. I have used it to help teachers in Newton and in Kirbyville. Here at Central, we started with 8 Teachers who wanted the study material. We are now up to 22 who want it. It is well worth the time and money. The current DVD teachers, Dr. Harbor and Dr. Tolar offer insights that can, and often do, help bring the lesson to life for our members.

I'm the Sunday School director at our church (Coteau Baptist Church, Houma, La). For the past 3 years or so, I have been using this every week and have set it up for all my teachers to use. Thank you for you insight and guidance in these lessons.

Tim, I want to tell you how GRATEFUL my husband John and I are that you share a SS outline AND video for each week’s lesson. In fact, as I type this we are BOTH in PANIC mode because we do not have an outline from you for this next Sunday!?! 😅 This fall I returned to teaching senior adults SS after a period of eleven years. At 79+ years old, John and I both struggle with ability to retain info as we did in our younger days. For me, your outline AND video have been SO HELPFUL! Please continue the outlines AND videos!!! P.S.: John and I are hoping AND looking for the continuation of your outlines AND videos each week.🤞 This would be such a valuable tool for someone that has NEVER taught adults.

We have enjoyed using Video Works Lesson Previews for several years. Our Adult teachers meet on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings each week. At these “prep” meetings we view the video lesson and then discuss the scripture, the commentary and possible teaching plans. We find that the quarterly rotation of “the Pastor”, Dr. Harbour, and “the Professor”, Dr. Tolar, provides a unique perspective for our Bible study leaders. We encourage our teachers to read and study as much as possible as they prepare to teach people God’s Word.

I couldn’t teach without SS University. My degrees are in agriculture, specifically soils, so trying to put together good, meaningful lessons from the Bible is a pretty long stretch for me. Thanks for providing this website.
